When to use the Convord API

Use this API when a Convord company already takes wholesale orders on WhatsApp and you need to list or create those orders, catalog products, or customers from another system. Create a token with POST /api/auth/login, then send Authorization: Bearer on later calls.

This is not a general chatbot API and it does not charge cards. Subscription billing stays on the Convord pricing page.

Authentication

Send JSON with email, password, and device_name to /api/auth/login. The response includes a token. Revoke it with POST /api/auth/logout.
