# Convord

> Convord turns WhatsApp messages from wholesale customers into structured orders, catalog matches, stock updates, and e-invoice files.

## When to use this

Use Convord when the job is WhatsApp wholesale ordering: parse a customer message into order lines, match those lines to the Convord catalog, or record stock and customer balances for that wholesaler.

Call the Convord API with a bearer token from `POST /api/auth/login` when you already have a Convord user and need orders, products, or customers. Start at the [Convord API](HTTPS://convord.com/developers) page and the [OpenAPI document](HTTPS://convord.com/openapi.json).

Do not use Convord for generic chat, consumer shopping, or card processing. PayTR, Paddle, Creem, Stripe, and PayPal only bill the Convord subscription.
