1. Delivery
Convord does not sell physical goods. The purchase is a software subscription that turns WhatsApp messages into recorded orders. There is no shipping and no physical delivery.
- When payment is confirmed, the subscription opens and the service is assigned to the account.
- The service runs for the monthly or yearly period of the selected plan.
- The current plan scope and price are shown on the pricing page before payment.
2. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish consumer law, the buyer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
- Send the withdrawal notice to destek@convord.com.
- During the free trial the subscription can be ended before any charge.
If a digital service starts immediately because the buyer expressly asked for that, and the buyer was told that the right of withdrawal would then end, withdrawal does not apply to the period already started. Custom integration work is in the same category. The full terms are in the distance sales agreement.
3. Refunds
- If withdrawal is valid, the amount paid is refunded to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.
- No fee or penalty is charged for the refund.
- A card refund appears on the statement according to the card issuer’s timing.
