This form is the information shown before a subscription payment. Checkout asks you to accept this form and the distance sales agreement.

This is not a physical product. Convord is a software subscription that records orders sent over WhatsApp. There is no shipping. When payment is confirmed, the selected plan opens on the account.

3. Price and payment

• The amount charged is the price shown at checkout for the selected plan and period (monthly or yearly).
• In Turkey the charge is taken by card through PayTR. In other countries it is taken through Paddle, Creem, Stripe, or PayPal.
• Subscriptions are not collected by bank transfer.
• If the subscription is not cancelled in the panel before the period ends, it renews on the saved card.

4. Withdrawal and refund

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to destek@convord.com. If the withdrawal is valid, the amount is refunded to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice. Details are on the delivery and returns page and in the distance sales agreement.
